At Uncle Jammy’s & Co., we stand behind every handcrafted BBQ sauce and seasoning blend we ship. Because our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted — but your satisfaction matters.

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We may offer:

• Replacement shipment

• Store credit

• Refund to original payment method

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Opened products (unless defective)

• Taste preferences

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
