Born from the heart of Pittsburgh's Smokey City and refined over years of passionate experimentation, Smokey BBQ was the first sauce we brought to market after the success of Area 51. Inspired by the input of a frequent restaurant patron, we shifted our focus from wing sauces to a more versatile BBQ sauce, bringing together the sweet molasses of Kansas City with the tangy vinegar of the South. The result is a rich, smoky flavor that’s perfectly balanced with fruity notes from tamarind and dried cranberry, making it an ideal companion for pulled pork, chicken wings, brisket, and more.
