Each product is chef-made to deliver bold, authentic flavors perfect for grilling, smoking, or everyday cooking.

Customer favorites include Hello Golden BBQ (tangy mustard), The Gods Must Be Cajun BBQ (sweet heat), Smile for Smokey BBQ (smoky and sweet), and Area 51 (avocado-jalapeño tequila BBQ). The seasoning range includes Steel City Fry Seasoning and The Burgh onion-based burger rub.

Yes, all are gluten-free except for our beer-based collaborations like Hooray for IPA.

Only What-a-Wonderful Wing Rub and Bridge City Brisket Rub contain dairy (butter powder).

Unopened, 18–24 months. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months for peak flavor.
